Not that Brittany Murphy’s sudden death has anything to do with me, but to die at 32 ?! So young! (not as young as 7teen but still!!) Mygawd, I can’t imagine, dying at 32, which is like.. 15 years away, wtf -.-  15 years can fly by very fast I tell you! It’s simply tragic, to past on at such a young age & it’s reasons like this that I am terrified of growing old and grey :(

On an unrelated note, WORLD CUP’S NEXT YEAR! WOOOOT! (honestly I’ve been waiting for this world cup since I was 14, crazy right ?) The thought of being able to drive, and watch the games at mamak’s with friends, without parents being insanely concerned, thrills me :D

But of course, the day my parent’s stop caring, is the day I’ll have to start worrying :O

Anyways, I just came back from Ash’s 7teenth Birthday Surprise! Ahmaahgaads, I tell you, it was so stressful at the beginning, but everything definitely paid off, & I’m sure we all had an amazing blast!

it goes like this –>

5pm, Nadine came over. The parents dropped the both of us off at Bangsar Shopping Centre, by 6pm, as instructed by the BOSS (Manda ahahaha) & we went straight to Chillis, where we then saw Terence, and soon after Nel. Finally managed to get seating for 15 + + , once Anir and Harjoth came, some dumb ‘no reservations’ policy. Anyways, sat around, talked, laughed, bullshitted, got them to sign the card that Safia and I made, and soon after we were joined by Safia, Joanne, and Rizki. Migrated to the tables outdoor, where it was more secluded, spacious, and suitable for a surprise :) Was on constant communication with the BFF (BOSS) text non-stop, was like 3 SMS’s away from suffering carpal tunnel syndrome -_- haha but yes, STRESS!! Was walking up and down, up and down, changing plans, I even broke into a sweat! Thank God my friends are the patient kind, who can keep themselves entertained and pre-occupied with anything, like CORN, MAYO & SANTA-RINA’S! (perv to the max I swear -.- )

Next to arrive was Armand and Iskandar. Was agak excited, after not having seen the latter for months, and finally getting to meet Armand (all the facebook-ing has finally come down to this haha) I guess you can say that the post-bday was spent, reuniting eh ? :D Anyway, around 7.50pm, Manda texted saying that they had arrived, so I led the group into Chillis, but we were forced to squat down and make our way through,while trying to avoid Ash, from seeing us (we looked like idiots, but heck!) The look on his face during the first surprise ? PRICELESS MAN! haha, too bad I didn’t get a picture. Katherine finally showed up after that, and so did Richie.

Dinner, socialising and catching up followed :) Then came the mini cake, which made me LOL idk why, heh. Ran to the back, claiming I had to go to the loo, while Rizki followed, and then Manda and Jo. Finally they brought out the other cake which was OMG, SO BEAUTIFUL :’) I also want a cake like that weh! haha It was honestly amazing, VIVID & INTRICATE. Cantik to the max! Of course this was organized by the BOSS & Rizki. Everyone was so eager to eat the cake (chocolate!) but the birthday boy was more occupied with trying to preserve the icing of the cake, which was Mastodon’s album cover (I just searched it up and I think it looked nicer on the cake) It tasted just as good, but I was too full. So, yes this was the second surprise!
So after that, we just sat around, ate more, drank more (no alchohol at all okay, and it felt good) socialise more, then the guys literally took him away to the toilet, as the BOSS had to rehearse her 3rd surprise for him. Honestly Manda, I think you sounded sooooo good, and you should totally record it and post it up on your blog. Finally the birthday boy came, and the BFF/BOSS serenaded him. I’m pretty sure everyone melted at the sight of the amount of love that was being exuded by the two of them, a true heartfelt performance, and hey, it takes an amazing of guts & courage for any girl to sing in front of their loved one, so RESPECT! haha I swear, they are the perfect picture of love :)

After that, talked more, the same ol’ routine, and we decided to settle the bill, which came up to RM575.20 -_____- Yeah, thats almost RM600 man (can buy my Yellow Tangoo Dress weh!) I tell you these boys, THEY CAN EAT HORSES! haha Obviously we went dutch, so it took us around 10 mins to count and settle. Next was Tutti Fruiti ? (idk how you spell it) since the bday boy wanted to go there so badly. Twas 10 something pm by then, so we girls just chilled with Richie, while the other boys had their band meeting, and Armand & Iskandar ballroom danced LOL

Everyone left soo after, the parents picked Nadine, Nel and I up. Dropped the both of them home, came home, showered, and here I am.

I had an amazing night, it was perfect la, it couldn’t have been any better. & I am honestly so thankful for the great (horny) group of friends heeeeeh :D

To the birthday boy, you totally deserved all of this, and I hope you had a blast!

To the BFF, there’s no other person in the world, who could make a great partner-in-crime like you.

&& to the other bestfriends, friends, acquaintances. You guys totally made my day, it was simply amazing , nuff said :)

All the stress today paid off, I’m going to sleep peacefully and silently now (hopefully I won’t die in my sleep LOL)

So suddenly Facebook is flooded with all these pictures from different school’s prom’s. Obviously, they look very tempting, so I browse through, and ya know what I realise? black. At least 60% of the GIRLS there are dressed in black (it’s not like guys really have a choice you know ? so they’re exempted) why la ? I mean like, there are so many shades of colours to pick from, for a dress, and everyone chooses black -_-

Which now comes to me. Yes, I am wearing a black/navy blue dress for prom. Only because I don’t have a choice, and I have given up on the search. If I didn’t have to play it safe, then I obviously wouldn’t. If you know me well, you’d know that I wanted to wear an elaborate yellow gown (because yellow looks good on tan ppl, I shld know :D) But due to lack of time, preparation and focusing on priorities, I have no choice but to wear by my A|X dress (was considering this one dress from Dorothy Perkins, RM169, quite affordable right?) but my cousin, aunt and mum, said that the A|X was more elegant, so yesh, I save RM169, eventho I am still thinking about getting the dress for kicks.

Like I told mum, I’ll save that gown for my future wedding! hahahahaha -.-

waah, it’s days like this that I hate being a girl. Having to be particular, vain, blah.

On the other hand, I’ve never worn a black dress before, so first time, can la can la.

A Christian Louboutin Classic Black Pump! I also saw it on Alexis Bledel yesterday, while browsing through her pictures. Le sigh I say :( Although, I also must say that I love how the girl above has edged-up the classic look by adding a rosary and studded anklet to it. I just tried wrapping my rosary around my anklet, only to realise that the chain wasn’t long enough pssshh. So now, the hunt is on, for classic black pumps, and a studded anklet (and maybe a rosary long enough to wrap around my anklet)

1. Had an arguement with mum in the car. I officially HATE people who always think their right, and who never have the decency to apologize when they are clearly in the wrong, fuck you all seriously, especially you.
2. Some weird ass-indon-looking-labourer (no offence Rizki! lol) said ‘hi’ to me today. I was on the brink of flipping the finger and asking him to fuck off, as I was damn mofo piss. Like who the fuck does he think he is ?! -.- Another dent to my day, FML. Yes, I am that picky.
3. I had a whole McD’s sundae to myself, quite depressing lorh
4. I couldn’t find plain black pumps !!!! & the one’s I found, had embelishments on the side, and the heel wasn’t high enough :(

Not much to update.

Spent the weekend with mum’s side of the family, thanks to my cousin’s wedding which was held on Sunday at Taman Botani, Putrajaya. The scenery from the restaurant was beautiful (pictures above and below) as it was situated right beside the lake. It was very serene :) The food was quite good, and the entertainment + company was beyond awesome. Will miss the late night coffee talks at my uncle’s, and non-stop reunions :D Till CNY!

Today, plans to go to the gym were canceled, due to transport problems, bleh (sorry Nel!) Did manage to go for driving tho, and after that Kila was nice enough to drive all the way to pick me up, since Kak Ina couldn’t (plus I had her license with me heheh) Aliaa was in the car t0o. I’m not very sure what the plan was, but we ended up driving all the way to Cyberjaya to pick ZacEfron from MMU. Was so afraid that we would end up in Ipoh, but luckily Kila knew her directions well :D Went to Taipan after that to pick up a few things, before the 3 of them dropped me home at about 4 something pm. Had some chicken pao, egg tart and one tuna sandwich, while finally getting the chance to watch TV. Even managed to read through the newspaper today, something I have not been able to do for awhile (busy busy busy!) Next on the list ? dinner and tidying up my room again, as the current state of it, gives the impression that a disastrous tornado has just swept through my room -_-

You know what’s worse than being overly-emotional ? Being too sensitive and irrational, I’ll tell you that! Sometimes I wish la, I weren’t as sensitive as I now am, that I could take certain things in a light-hearted manner, and not read it the wrong way, just so I could save the bucketful of tears that I cry out each time, and also the time spent wallowing in self pity. It is pathetic, I know, but when no one cares for you(okay not no one, but the people whom you want to care), and neither do they realise that you’re hurting & you’re not okay, then wadya gonna do ? Well you could choose basically, to either get up, tell yourself, things’ll be alright, and start mingling, OR you could wallow in self pity, and let your mind trail off into the unknown (that unknown being a place full of sorrow, misery etc) Half the time, I tend to choose the latter, which is where the irrational part of me takes over. Lucky for me, I seldom have the guts to act out these irrational thoughts, because one way or the other, my rational instincts tend to overwhelm the irrationality in me.

Anyways, back to the real world. I’ve got heaps of make-up to remove from my face (okay my eyes) -_- You see, I have this love/hate relationship with make-up. On one hand, it makes me feel more confident and pretty, on the outside, but on the other hand, there is the bain and pain of having to remove it afterwards, while trying to make sure that my eyes don’t turn blood red, and that my skin, won’t feel irritated. Psssshhhhhhhhhhh I SAY!

It’s not like anyone read’s this blog, so I don’t know why I bother updating it -_-

1. Ear has swelled up like a damn bitch, it’s not hurting much, but it is quite irritating. Have applied Methylated Spirit to help ease the swelling, it acts as an antiseptic in a way. Btw, it smells a lot like Vodka (bcos of the alchohol content duh, am not that stupid :D)
2. Went around Bangsar with Mabel today. Kat was supposed to join us, but she woke up at 5.30pm -.- haha. Mission not accomplished much. Saw a number of nice stuff at Warehouse, but the prices of the items I was interested in were way beyond my RM200 budget. diu mofo!
   
3. Visited school yesterday to pick up forecast and leaving school cert. Mayyyyjaaahh renevations seem to be going on. Uniform’s changed too, not that ANY of this affects as school is soooo over!
   
4. It’s already the end of the week. Have been going out almost everyday, do I need a break ? naaaah, you gotta be kidding me.
5. Oh and I’ve cut my hair too. Got a fringe now, hair’s 2 inches shorter (not much diff) but the fringe doubles as bangs that can be parted in the middle and can be pushed to the side. Basically it’s kind’ve short, but too long for bangs :D Hair is till easy to managed, yet to dye. Am a little afraid to dye, as I’m scared of the amount of natural moisture the hair dye might drain from my hair.

bottom line : NO BIGGIE -_-

Hey! So finally an update. Feels like ages since I last updated my blog, so yeaah, brace yourselves ? wtf.

Saturday, spent the entire day at Port Dickson with my family and relatives from Dad’s side. We reached the PD Yatch Club at around 10, had breakfast there, changed, and then we were off to the beach! I did get a little tan, but I’m okaaay now, although pimples have begun to sprout up around my face, ugh to the max!  Had two little boys to babysit = tonne of entertainment. Lunch was picnic style, the relatives brought some South Indian dishes,  tamarind rice, idli’s, sambar etc etc Felt like I had eaten a horse after that, blardy hell :( My cousin treated us to the banana boat, which was awesome but not thrilling enough, since we had two babies on board. twas my first time on it, like, how outdated am I ?! -_-  The tide had receded quite abit by mid-noon, so mini islands of sand begin to form(which really amazed me, felt like Geography) there hundreds of little crabs, emerging from the sand too. I was so fascinated with the amount of tiny crabs that I had a crazy idea to see how many crabs I could kill if I rolled the football over them (excuse my morbid thoughts hehe) After that was the swimming pool, which had different levels of depths, all the way to 10 ft deep, so my bro and I, tried out best to accomplish each depth. Only managed to 8ft, was gasping for air at 9, thought I was gonna drown, although I thought I would be able to manage since I use to swim in pools that deep (like the one in Lake Club) Shows how much my stamina’s gone down, sucks. Anyway, overall I had an awesome day-trip. Been literally years since I last went there, the beach was surprisingly clean, so yeah thumbs up eh ? Had fun bonding :)

Sunday, mum dropped me off at Parade. Went to the gym for about and hour and half, before meeting Mabel, who’s finally back from Aussie (yay yay!) Her dad was nice enough to drop the both of us at Kat’s house, for her 17th birthday party. Met Terence, Anir, Nel and the birthday girl there. Talked and talked and laughed and bullshitted around, while the guys made their homemade pizza, which ended up tasting like pan mee, but strangely, tasty! The rest, being Kat’s friends, Nadine, Sher and Safia, came around 7pm. Ate a bit, then it was on to the one frog fell in the water, floop game. Thank God, I didn’t screw up too much, thanks to Nel and Richmond :D I’m not gonna go into detail, cos there’s too much to say, and whatever happened that night, stays there. But I haven’t laughed like that in weeks, honest to God, so yeah, I had a hell lot of fun :D By the end of the night, everyone reeked of cigarettes and alchohol, and had cake all over their feet (disgusting I know) but, I had a blast ! Thanks for the invite Kat, definitely a reminder that my social life is not as over as I thought it was hahaha HAPPY SEVENTEENTH :)

Monday, mum dropped the brother and I off at Pyramid. We both split way, as I went to meet with my LONGLINGNAH! haha Mabel :) Had lunch at Ayam Penyet Ria, where we updated each other about every single thing. Followed her around, shopping, while talking and talking. Update to the max man! It was such a girly day out, honestly, shopping, scouting for non-existant boys with looks (really, there were none of them, zilch, zero = depression) I finally got my ear pierced again, been waiting since I was 15, so now I’ve got two cartillage piercings (I think Ashlee Simpson is my idol lol) hehe next up, permanent tattoo dude! ;P Anyway, managed to convince Bel into getting her first ever ear piercings, so good for her, now she can finally buy earrings! We got friendship bracelets too (I know damn corny! haha) which I am now using as an anklet instead. I think I’ve developed an obsession for anklets. Other than that, that girl shopped a lot, well not that I wouldn’t expect her to, look at the current exchange rate between Aussie and Msia. So yeah, she got quite a lot of stuff, while I finally bought a laptop bag. Vintage beb! :D Spent the entire day there, had a great time with the Long haha. Dad picked me up around 7, and we headed to Petaling Street. Saw tongue piercing rings with the peace sign on it, and was so tempted to buy it for kicks! I got new turquoise-coloured Rayban’s and gifts for the cousin’s in Canada, since they wanted affordable tee’s. Had dinner at Bangsar, and was in bed by 3am.

Today, was forced to wake up at 6something am, as we had to see my aunt off at KLIA. Was back home by 10 something. Napped in between while watching tv, before Kila called around 2pm, asking if I wanted her to pick me up, as if I was going to say ‘no’ to that haha :D Drove straight to Aliaa’s school, to pick her up, as she was having her last SPM paper. Left the school at 3something, and chilled at Starbucks in Pyramid. Had late lunch at Ayam Penyet Ria again, were we met Foo&JeYue. Twas nice catching up with the girls. I missed my babe’s so much! haha and I’m really growing on Kila’s new hairstyle (be proud babeh!) After lunch, we chilled at Starbucks again. Bumped into Miss Celcom there haha I’m so lazy to elaborate. I had another great day, and I like where we are now. Not tied down to anything, no more group, life feels more free this way (wouldn’t you agree?) :) Jalan-jalan sikit, and then we left for home. Was back by 7something pm, thanks to Kila! Now, when am I going to meet your ‘Zac Efron‘ huh ?! ;P

okay, so it’s 8.30 and I’m hungry again.
